Cannot recommend Heidi enough! So sweet, so funny, so effortlessly cool. She did a great job of putting my husband and I at ease and feeling comfortable in front of the camera. She was so empathetic, kind and calm as she helped me through a brief midday meltdown, and I really appreciated how well she handled our complicated extended family situation. I cried when I got our preview back, and I cried even harder when I got the whole lot — they were so perfect. Crisp, clean, organic, full of joy. Just the way I had imagined.
