I’M SO EXCITED YOU’RE HERE! I’d apologize for the caps but, I regularly speak in caps. So that's that.
I am a wife, stay-at-home-mom, and entrepreneur, currently residing on the East side of the Twin Cities! I am a homegrown Minnesotan and although I’d leave in a heartbeat for a beach and sun, my husband has decided he (and I) will be buried in MN. I quit my 9-5 in August 2022 to pursue my dream of wedding photography and have never looked back!
My days are filled with iced coffee (always), lots of story time and singing with my tiny best friend, and frequenting the local thrift store more than I should probably share ;) The best thing that ever happened to me (next to Jesus) was marrying my best friend back in 2017. Our marriage has created a passion to show other couples how incredible, life-giving, + fun marriage truly is!!

1. I am a mom to a 5 year old horse-of-a-GoldenDoodle named Whitaker.
2. Roughly 87% of everything in my home and in my closet was bought second hand (seriously, it’s a problem)
3. I only drink hot coffee in the morning! Otherwise it’s iced coffee allll dayyy everyday. Also, never decaf.
4. I am EXTREMELY competitive. Most common words out of my mouth when playing games (by games I mean Catan) with my husband: “We are not married right now.”
5. I am a dipper. If it cannot be dipped in some type of sauce, I probably don’t want to eat it. Two sauces is even better.
6. Jesus + my faith are a huge piece of my life!

I’ll be honest and say that choosing a photographer was one of my biggest worries. Not because the photographer would be bad or anything like that, but in reality, my husband and I are just not very photogenic people. We both are essentially Chandler from the show Friends in The One With The Engagement Picture.
We got our photos back and they are absolutely stunning. Heidi really is an amazing photographer. She got great flattering angles, she was well organized, and on top of all that, she got all the photos we had asked for.
